Working in a club in Guam can be fun but can also be hectic, has its ups and downs. Upside is its a nice island to hang out at the beaches in warm, tropical weather. Downside is work schedule can change randomly anytime. First posted that club USA needed another dancer or two over Xmas holidays, but now several gals that left over holidays returned, some gals who been here long time left other clubs and came to club USA, plus club flew some gals in, which it changed from needing a couple to having more than enough. I'm lucky if I get a few days on the schedule now and that would be the sucky days, unless it picks up which lately has been ultra slow, but some gals been here long time has regulars and still bank. For me, ultra slow, fewer work hours and when filling in... working even harder the sucky days. I tell it how it is, and don't brag of what it isn't. Some gals are making a whole lot, but they have rich regulars and Mamasom waitresses who show favortism towards them, but for me... it's a long and difficult struggle trying to find the leftovers who are stingy as can be while watching others get pampered and splurged upon like cinderellas, not jealous, just wish had a Mamasom that treated me better when she serves a table and knows someone is running a tab, instead of only sending her favorites to the table and pretending to be helpful while sending me to the loser tables. The better you do at these clubs, the more you get scheduled even when slow, and if you don't do okay... you're the first to get sent home when slow. Hope it improves for me, because the odds are not in my favor with the way Mamasom's have their favorites who get to sit there til she sends them to the best tables while I struggle with the stingy leftovers as though I'm not trying as hard as those gals. They don't even have to try. It's been a difficult start at club USA coming in during the slow season of the holidays, not having much help from the waitresses, and dealing with the stingy leftovers, while my hours are slowly being cut from the scheduled. Hope there's some improvement, but from insiders point of view, I'm not going to sit and say everything is great, when it's not always, sometimes it's better than others... but right now while slowly being cut from the schedule when I need to work the most is very stressful.
